Junior Inventor's Workshop (10a - 12p)
" We have opened up the workshop for a week of fun, creativity, and of course -- engineering! Over the course of a week, students will invent new machines and explore creative design solutions using the Engineering Design Process. Discover how a wind-up toy works and design your own drawing robot inside the Engineering For Kids Inventor’s Workshop. "

12p - 1p: A prepared meal will be provided to camper each day of the week. They will also have an opportunity to play on structure as well as in the arcade.

Junior Engineering: Under Construction (1p - 3p)
"Put on your hard hats engineers and join us for our The Engineering of Cities! In this camp, students work hard to apply their knowledge of construction to save the beach from erosion and build their very own city from the ground up. From roads and tunnels to buildings and skyscrapers, students discover that no job’s too tough for an Engineering for Kids engineer!"

Central Engineering of Pierce County & Charlie's Safari presents: Engineering For Kids Early August Camp.

Teaching ratio is 10:1 with a private area for kids to follow instruction, as well as engage with their imagination in a great summer educational setting

For the summer, we tentatively plan on offering an Engineering For Kids backpack or a pair of sunglasses. We frequently post photos taken from classes onto our Facebook and Google sites. Also, kids often get to take home a creation that they've built, depending on the type of program.

Campers also receive a prepared Charlie's Safari meal from 12p - 1p and have the ability to play during this period on the play structure and arcade.
